These terms apply to the Homesales prelaunch experience and Founding Access programme operated by Light for Life Limited.
Founding Access
Founding Access is an early-access and launch-update programme. Requesting access does not create a seller account, listing instruction, agency relationship, or commitment to sell a property.
Prelaunch service
Homesales is still being prepared for wider release. Features, availability, presentation and launch timing may change as the product develops.
Information, estimates and decisions
Homesales may present property information, evidence, estimates, assumptions and explanatory material. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is general information and is not legal, financial, tax or professional valuation advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your property and should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Homesales, attempt to defeat its security or access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
Intellectual property
Homesales branding, product design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Light for Life Limited. These terms do not transfer those rights to users.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Light for Life Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the prelaunch service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
