Who operates Homesales
Homesales is operated by Light for Life Limited in New Zealand. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@homesales.co.nz.
What we collect for Founding Access
- Your email address.
- The selling timeframe you choose.
- The version and time of your Founding Access consent.
- Limited technical information used to protect the service from abuse.
You do not need to provide a property address, phone number or agent-contact permission to request Founding Access.
Why we use it
We use this information to administer Founding Access, provide relevant launch updates, understand broad launch demand, keep the service secure, and operate Homesales.
Seller control
Requesting Founding Access does not authorise Homesales to send your details to an agent or other property professional. Agent contact requires a separate user action.
Security and service providers
We use service providers to host and operate Homesales. Access is limited to what is needed to provide and secure the service. Our durable abuse controls use a pseudonymous value rather than storing the raw network address in the Founding Access quota record.
Retention and your choices
We retain Founding Access records while reasonably required to administer the programme and meet operational or legal requirements. You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.
